J.K. and his co-accused J.F – facing triple homicide first degree murder charges – won’t appear in court together anymore because of a security risk that arose Monday. J.K. and J.F are charged with three counts of first-degree murder in the Dec. 8, 2013, deaths of G.K., 61, his wife S.K., 62, and their adult daughter M.K., 40.
Robin McIntyre, student-at-law for Roulston Chow appeared on behalf of J.F. and filed a Form A, which indicates what witnesses Defence wishes to hear from at the preliminary inquiry. The date for setting a preliminary hearing has been set over to Jan.28.
