R. v. D.N. [Calgary Provincial Court]

Assault: Charges Withdrawn

The client was charged with domestic assault on his wife. First, Tonii Roulston made a successful application to have the client’s conditions changed so that he could have contact with the complainant (his wife) and his child. She negotiated with the Crown prosecutor and the charges were subsequently withdrawn. Tonii Roulston negotiated with the Crown and the client received a Peace Bond with no admission of guilt, no conviction and no criminal record.
