Driving while Disqualified: Resolved under the Traffic Safety Act 

The client was charged under the Criminal Code for driving while disqualified and was facing a potential 6 month jail sentence. Tonii Roulston met with the Crown Prosecutor and negotiated a resolution. The client paid only a fine for a ticket under the Traffic Safety Act and avoided a criminal record and conviction.
