R. v. C.T. Court of Queen’s Bench (Calgary)

The client was charged with breaking into a Calgary area shooting range, stealing over 30 firearms and trafficking the firearms.  Client had previously been denied bail.  A Court of Queen’s Bench bail application was brought seeking to overturn the order of detention based on the delay in the case.

Result:  C.T. was granted judicial interim release (bail) on strict conditions.
