R v E.D. [Lethbridge Court of Queen’s Bench]

The client was charged with 4 counts of trafficking cocaine contrary to s. 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. After a lengthy trial wherein Tonii Roulston argued that the client had not sufficiently been identified, the client was acquitted of all counts and received no criminal record.
