R v G.P. [Calgary Provincial Court]

The client was stopped in a vehicle and upon searching the vehicle, Calgary Police Services allegedly found a switch blade, mace, and crack cocaine in the client’s possession. The matter was scheduled for a trial. A brief of law about breaches of the client’s Charter rights was filed. The client was referred to AMP and his charges withdrawn shortly thereafter.
