R v I.A.M. [Calgary Provincial Court]

The client was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking under s 5(2) of the CDSA, and possession of property obtained through proceeds of a crime under s 354 of the Criminal Code. Following a period of surveillance, Calgary Police Services allegedly found the client in possession of 39.7 grams of crack/cocaine, 18.6 grams of marihuana, 80 tablets of oxytocin and 39.7 grams of cocaine. 

Successful Result: The charges were stayed.
