R v J.H. [Calgary Provincial Court]

The client was charged with impaired operation of a vehicle, assaulting a police officer, obstruction of justice, as well as of offences under both the Traffic Safety Act and the Gambling and Liquor Act.

Successful Result: The matter was resolved by having the client entered into Alternative Measures, and the client did not obtain a criminal record.
