Assault: Charge Withdrawn

The client was charged with domestic assault for allegedly hitting her husband. First, Tonii Roulston made a successful application to have the client’s conditions changed so that the client could have contact with the complainant and child. Tonii Roulston negotiated with the Crown prosecutor and the charges were subsequently withdrawn. The client has no conviction and no criminal record.
