Impaired Driving: Charges Withdrawn  

The client was charged with impaired driving and refusing to provide a breath sample. Tonii Roulston set the matter for trial. The Crown Prosecutor withdrew the charges prior to the start of the trial. The client avoided a mandatory license suspension and has no conviction and no criminal record.
