R v M.F. [ Calgary Provincial Court]

Impaired Driving: Charges Withdrawn 

The client was charged with impaired driving and facing a 30 day jail sentence as it was a second offence. Tonii Roulston met with the Crown Prosecutor and negotiated to have the charges withdrawn. The Crown Prosecutor withdrew the charges before a trial date was even set. The client has no conviction and no criminal record.
