R v O.Z.

The client was charged with refusing to provide a sample of breath contrary to s 254(5) of the Criminal Code. At trial, Defence argued that the client had a reasonable excuse for failing to provide a sample of his breath.

Successful result: Client was found not guilty at trial and acquitted.
