R v S.D. [Taber Provincial Court]

The client was alleged to have sexually assaulted a minor under the age of 16, under s 151 of the Criminal Code.

Successful Result: Charges under s 151 for sexual assault of a minor were withdraw and the client was instead only charged with simple assault under s 266 for which the client obtained a Conditional Discharge and a one-year probationary period.
