Mischief (Domestic): Stay of Proceedings 

The client was charged with mischief which included allegations of entering the complainant’s home and destroying the furniture and electronics. The total cost of damage was alleged to have been more than $5000.00. Tonii Roulston met with the Crown Prosecutor and a stay of proceedings was entered. The client has no conviction and no criminal record.
