R. v. T. D. [Calgary Provincial Court]

Uttering Threats: Peace Bond

The client was charged with 2 charges of uttering threats on his wife and child. First, Tonii Roulston made a successful application to have the client’s conditions changed so that he could have contact with the complainant (his wife) and his child. She then negotiated with the Crown and the client received a Peace Bond with no admission of guilt, no conviction and no criminal record.
