R v T.W. [Lethbridge Provincial Court]

The client was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking under s 5(2) of the CDSA, possession of proceeds of a crime under s 355 and a breach of a court order under s 145 of the Criminal Code. Lethbridge RCMP and Calgary Police Services conducted an investigation wherein they suspected that client of having gang affiliations, and eventually apprehended him with 271 grams of crack cocaine.

Successful Result: The client plead guilty only to possession for the purpose of trafficking, and was sentenced to a 60 day incarceration period.
