R. v. W.G. Court of Queen’s Bench (Calgary)

Client charged with sexual assault.  The complainant alleged that W.G. had entered into her room and forced sex upon her three times.  W.G. testified that the sex was consensual.  

Result:  The Honourable Justice S.L. Hunt McDonald acquitted W.G.  In her decision she indicated that she did not believe the evidence of the complainant in light of all of the inconsistencies in her evidence and that she believed W.G.
