A.P. was charged after the beating of a Morley Man

A.P. was charged after the beating of a Morley man that resulted in the victim’s death. Crown counsel said that an 8 to 10 year term of imprisonment was appropriate but defence counsel Tonii Roulston is seeking a five to six year term.

Defence counsel Tonii Roulston made sentencing submissions for A.P., a man charged with the beating and the resulting death of G.P. Roulston told the Court of Queen’s Bench that A.P. had less to do with the killing than the co-accused who stabbed G.P. in the heart. Roulston is seeking a five to six year term and stated to the court that A.P. was unaware that his co-accused
