Court case adjourned again

Two men charged with a triple homicide of a family last December east of Castor still haven’t entered a plea or elected how they want to be tried. The two accused appeared in court Nov. 12 for that reason but the case was adjourned again until Nov.  28 because J.K. still hasn’t obtained a lawyer.

Robin McIntyre, Student-at-Law appearing for Tonii Roulston, representing J.F. asked the court for a November 28 appearance to set a day for preliminary inquiry. Ms. McIntyre advised the court that the preliminary inquiry was expected to last two weeks.
