Crown asks for R.H. to serve 20 years before being eligible for parole

The Crown prosecutor is asking for R.H. to serve 20 years for the killing at Bolsa Restaurant before being eligible for parole. R.H. was charged with several homicides stemming from a gang war and plead guilty to second degree murder after lawyers Tonii Roulston and Andrea Urquhart negotiated a deal with the Prosecutors. Ms Roulston and Ms Urquhart are proposing 12 year parole eligibility.
