J.K. fires lawyer

J.K. fired his lawyer today in Red Deer Provincial Court. Robin McIntyre, Student-at-Law from Roulston Chow, appeared for J.F and advised the Court that a preliminary hearing is expected to last two weeks. The matter was adjourned for J.K. to retain new counsel.

The remains of 2 individuals were identified from the completely destroyed farmhouse that was set on fire and smoldered for days. One individual’s remains were never found but police believe she was in the home at the time.
