A key witness who refused to testify in a trial for two men accused of the triple homicide at the Bolsa Restaurant was sentenced to 15 months imprisonment. The witness took the stand but refused to answer questions. Defence counsel Tonii Roulston argued for nine to 15 months in jail for the witness, and Crown prosecutor argued for two years.
