Man accused in beltline swarming death of L.S.H. may have bail revoked.
The Crown is seeking to have bail revoked for one of five individuals charged in the swarming death of L.S.H., after he was charged with breaching his release.
J.P. appeared in court on an allegation that he violated his house arrest. Robin McIntyre, Student-at-Law, appeared on behalf of defence counsel David Chow, and requested an adjournment of the matter so that counsel could meet with his client. J.P. faces three charges of breaching the condition of his release for allegedly not being at his residence, not answering the door, and not answering his landline.
J.P. is charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of L.S.H. outside a Beltline area nightclub.
