Michelle Carrigan was called to the bar in June 2021. She clerked at the Alberta Provincial Court articling with the Honourable Judge A.A. Fradsham before joining Roulston Urquhart Criminal Defence Firm.
Prior to being called to the bar, Michelle completed a Master’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice Policy at the University of Guelph. Under the mentorship of Tonii Roulston and Andrea Urquhart, Michelle has developed experience in all areas of criminal law including violent offences, drug trafficking, and sexual assault.
Michelle strongly believes in the presumption of innocence and the protection of her client’s Charter rights. Michelle’s meticulous research and writing ensures that her clients are afforded the best possible defence.
