Kirsten Lancee defended MS against allegations of domestic violence and breaching his Conditional
Sentence Order. At trial, Kirsten argued that the complainant’s version of events was inconsistent with her
statement given to police. The Court agreed and found MS not guilty. The alleged CSO breach was also
withdrawn.
