Our client was charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, and invitation to sexually touch against the client’s family member. Tonii Roulston was able to negotiate with the Crown by establishing the client had significant mental health issues, had since sought treatment, and received a diagnosis for ADHD. As a result, the client will have no criminal record after three years once he completes probation.
