Kirsten Lancee defended KJ against allegations of sexual assault and forcible confinement. At trial,
Kirsten rigorously cross-examined the complainant. Partway through cross-examination, Kirsten
convinced the Crown to offer KJ a common-law peace bond and the charges against KJ were withdrawn.
KJ has no criminal record as a result.
