Kirsten Lancee defended HT against multiple, serious criminal charges on separate dockets. On the
charge of sexual assault, Kirsten successfully negotiated a plea to a lower offence, whereby HT accepted
responsibility only for a common assault. HT received a 24-month conditional discharge for assault.
Kirsten thereafter secured the withdrawal of all other charges against HT. As a result, HT will have no
criminal record upon completion of the conditional discharge.
