Kirsten Lancee defended ME against allegations of sexual interference and sexual assault of a minor.
Kirsten filed a s. 276 application to adduce evidence of the complainant’s prior sexual history to
cross-examine the complainant on her existing relationship with another man. After receiving the s. 276
materials, the Crown advised that they would be withdrawing the allegations. ME has no criminal record
as a result.
