Kirsten Lancee defended LM against multiple counts of sexual assault. At trial, Kirsten cross-examined
the youth complainant, who ultimately admitted that she had fabricated the allegations out of jealousy.
The Crown invited the Court to dismiss the charges and the Court acquitted LM of all charges.
